Reports of cases, 1567-1612, late 16th- early 17th-century.

Volume 1 originally a commonplace book but sparsely filled. A collection of cases from various sources is entered for 1567 to 1598. These include: Lysters Reports; Ellys Report (30 Eliz. I, 1588); 'Ex Lib. Ed. Hall', 1598;brief note of Humphrey Purefoy's reading in Gray's Inn, Autumn 1578, on De Donis, followed by moots and bolts in Gray's Inn; A collection of copyhold cases ending abruptly. Volume 2 contains two series of reports: (1) 'Errores in Camera Scaccarii apud Westminster', ca. 1590-1596; (2) in the King's Bench, Pas. 1 to Trin. 10 Jac. I (1603-1612).
